Jeep Wave is a program that was created with Jeep Brand owners in mind. To say thanks to all members of the loyal Jeep Brand fanbase who own one of these reliable vehicles, Jeep Brand has created this premium owner loyalty program that's filled to the brim with exciting benefits and useful perks. These features are made to ensure that all Jeep Brand vehicle owners feel valued and cared for as a part of the warm and welcoming Jeep Brand family.

No Added Cost & Easy Routine Maintenance

Who doesn't love oil changes and tire rotations that are completely covered? As a member of the Jeep Wave Owner Program, your first three oil changes and tire rotations are complimentary for the first 36 months that you own your vehicle. Better yet, each servicing is guaranteed to be carried out by a specially-trained Jeep Brand technician. So no matter where you're at, you can schedule your complimentary Jeep Brand service with the confidence that the people who are working on your car know it inside and out and are perfectly-equipped to get the job done right.

Vehicle Protection

The roads in Long Island can be unpredictable, so it's a good thing that the Jeep Wave Owner Program isn't. If you need routine maintenance but can't put a pause on your busy day, you'll get a no-charge, same-day car rental. Additionally, you get trip interruption coverage that provides up to $1,000 per occurrence, so you'll be covered even if you prepay on non-refundable travel expenses. Finally, during the entire duration of your 5-Year/60,000-Mile Powertrain Limited Warranty, you get 24/7 roadside assistance. Talk about handy!

Buying a car is a personal experience for most--we want to build relationships with our customers that extend outside of a sale. With Jeep Brand, you'll receive memorable services! If you have any questions about your vehicle, you need to schedule service, or have any other concerns, you can call 1-844-JEEP-WAVE (1-844-533-7928) 24/7 for assistance. If you need to get in touch with a service representative a different way, they're also available via email and Live Chat, which you can access by logging into your Jeep Wave Owner Program account.

Exclusivity

As a member of the Jeep Wave Owner Program, you'll get preferred treatment across the entire country at all Jeep Brand events. Additionally, you'll also gain entry to exclusive events only accessible to members like you!

This Sounds Great, So How Do I Join?

The Jeep Wave Owner program has been expanded for the 2021 model year. Beginning with 2021 cars, all Jeep vehicles are immediately enrolled in the Jeep Wave Program. If you get a Jeep Brand vehicle from the years 2016 - 2020, only select vehicles receive automatic enrollment.1 If you're already a Jeep Brand vehicle owner with a 2015 car or newer but aren't enrolled in the program, you can visit us to buy into it or visit the Care section of your owner account online.

Your Additional Questions, Answered

If I buy more than one Jeep Brand vehicle, can I have more than one membership?

Yes! You're eligible for unlimited memberships based on how many cars you have as long as each of those cars is eligible for the program. This is because each membership is explicitly linked to your Vehicle Identification Number, or VIN.

How long does a membership last?

For auto-enrolled vehicles, your membership will last for two years, and it starts on the vehicle's in-service date. If you buy into the program, it starts on the day of membership purchase.

What if I sell my Jeep® Brand vehicle?

If you sell a vehicle for which you've purchased a Jeep Wave membership, you are entitled to a complete refund within 60 days of the membership purchase date. Anything outside of that date is ineligible for a refund. If you receive a Jeep Brand vehicle that was part of the program, you are not entitled to a refund.

How do the maintenance and service perks work?

You can go to any authorized dealer in the U.S. (like us!) to redeem your oil changes and tire rotations. Just tell them that you're a member of the Jeep Wave Owner Program, and they'll take it from there! We'll be glad to do Jeep Wave service on all your enrolled vehicles here in New York!
