WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED WHILE LEASING A VEHICLE ❗️❗️❗️ I leased a new vehicle from them the process was pretty easy and fast But once received the actual vehicle there is no service at all they told me that they will send out the second key fob via mail its been 4 months later and no response I've been trying to reach them and the service I get from them is nasty as ever They keep saying someone will reach out to me but nothing happening Danny was my salesman and still waiting to hear back from him WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCE!!! WHY SHOP BY A DEALERSHIP THAT YOU KNOW THEY WILL BE NASTY TO YOU AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR CAR !

SAVE YOURSELF A TRIP I would give 0 if I could The manager guy not even sure who he was cocky and acted like he was everything. Would give 0 if I could. Prices were not what they were supposed to be. The used car I test drove was FLITHY and was in terrible condition. Salesmen was nice but wasn't very profsicnanl and took a lot of time.

Recently leased a '23 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve here. It was a great experience! My sales consultant Denny, was friendly and enthusiastic and informative. He knew the vehicle inside and out and made sure I was comfortable in the showroom throughout the process. Ben, one of the Managers, was warm, respectful and professional. He made sure I was aware of both my trade-in vehicles value and how it would be best to structure my lease agreement. And finally Bremen, in finance was the last one I interacted with. His demeanor was friendly and strae left nothing outightforward. His experience was evident in his efficiency. Had a great conversation while waiting for a few things, you'll be lucky to close out your deals with him. This is an exceptional dealership, their mission statement is "Truth, Trust, Transparent" and they definitely lived up to those goals and standards. I'd give them more stars if I could, honestly.

I recently sold my car to this dealer based on a KBB instant offer. In the end I got slightly less then the inital offer but it was completely fair! I had a few interactions with multiple sales associates via text and phone and they were all pleasant and helpful. Ultimately, Andy was the sales associates that handled my business. He was informative throughout the process and worked hard trying to get things done as quickly as possible. If you are selling a car you should not sell it until you reach out to this dealer. They were honest and had a straight forward process and ultimately won over my business. The dealer is very competitive and will probably offer you more then most dealers. They know what your car is worth and really did a great job making sure we were both happy with the deal. Don't forget to ask for Andy!

He was so kind and patient with me and explained the numbers and provided full transparency. Best place in queens for hard to find parts. My shop is in Brooklyn and the drive to five towns is well worth it. Ravi and the guys in the parts dept.are on point, and they try very hard to find you the parts you need. Even if the don't have it. 👍👍
